Screen flickering - [edit] case numbers Date 20/05/2020

Dear Sir /Madam We are connected with hp support team from 28th march ,2020 .And today is 21st may but hp we cannot get any support from the service center and we have callled to the call center but they first time pickup the call and the call duration was 51 min and there are transfering call to other person and at last they disconnected our call by closing the case without any solution . We have given the case no ,serial no , model no and product no details to you. Request you to kindly look into the matter and take immediate I am very much hopeful that replacement process may be initiated quickly. However, if my request will not be entertained, I will be compelled to knock the door of the court for justice.
