Since the time I bought the PC around two years back, the screen goes blank for a few seconds every so often (in intervals from a few seconds to a minute or so). This happens continuously until I restart the PC, and then it may or may not happen again. There are times when I switch on the PC and the screen does not go blank at all until it is restarted. This makes me suspect that the issue is not with hardware.

Following suggestions from community posts, I have reloaded BIOS and drivers, but the problem persists. I'd appreciate help in identifying and fixing the issue. Thanks in advance!

I am also experiencing this problem. The screen goes off like the power settings are driving it, but I've set the time for turning off the screen to "never" and it still happens. Sometimes I can get the screen to come back on by moving my mouse pointer, sometimes I have to press the brightness up or down buttons. I feel like at least one time even that didn't work but I don't recall how I got the screen to come back on, or whether I had to reboot. I have been unable to tell if it's hardware or software but I've made sure all my drivers and Windows 10 are up to date. My computer is 8 months old but it's only started happening in the last 4 months or so. I would love help with this. Thanks.
