Screen hiccups between blurry pic and purple with no icons on hp pavilion

My screen hiccups between a blurry screen and a blank purple screen. There's no icons...and nothing I've tried on keyboard works,  every since I updated drivers

I reviewed your post and I understand that you are facing issues with the display on your computer.


Don’t worry, I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.

  • How did you update the drivers?
  • What is the exact model for your computer?

Meanwhile, I recommend you connect an external monitor or a TV to the computer and check whether you are getting display on the external screen.


Also, boot to BIOS by tapping the F10 key on startup and check whether you are getting a display.
