Hi -

My daughter was messing around with the color schemes in setting and what ever she did, turned everything white - font, back ground color, etc.  So now when you log on, all you see is a white screen and I'm not sure how to get the original setting back to where we can see the screens.  Thanks!

Thank you for posting on the HP Support Community.

Don't worry as I'll be glad to help, however, to provide an accurate resolution, I need a few more details:

  • What is the product number of your device? Use this link to find it: http://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c03754824  (Ensure you do not share any of your personal information such as serial, phone number, email ID, etc...).
  • What is the operating system?
  • Could you please share the picture of the screen?

Keep me posted for further assistance.

Hi! The product number is 928510-001 and it's a Windows 10 operating system. I couldn't attache a screen shot, but it is just all white. I know this isn't the "white screen of death" becuase my daughter told me she was in settings and changed everything to white.
