Pavilion 24 All in one desktop
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

ThereScreen is black and only will show a "Check HDMI-IN Cable" message. There is no HDMI button to switch modes. Tried unplugging, holding power button 15+ secs and even left unplugged over night. I have power button on left, and 3 buttons on the right. Top has 3 lines above, middle + and bottom - .

Power button does not seem to work, and keyboard not working. ( Lights for caps lock etc dont light up) no mouse on screen.

When I press the power button it will flash briefly after, but doesnt turn on or off computer.

Any suggestions to get it back up and running??

Desperate! Thank you!

Whatever happened was done accidently. My 8 yr was trying to google something for school and the screen went black. I am assuming some combo of buttons caused it, but now the keyboard is not working.
