Screen is black, mouse and keyboard dont work

HP Recommended
HP 19 All-In-One PC
Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

I tried turning my pc on this morning and the screen was black but the light was on. I heard the fan running and the computer seemed to be working expect the screen was completely black. I tried the steps provided by HP for a solution although I cannot proceed since my keyboard and mouse do not work. The light of the mouse turns on but then turns off sometimes. The keyboard is off like if I tried pressing the caps lock it wouldn't turn on. Also I replaced the motherboard last year I believe. Before I started with the ram my computer would turn on and off but I think that is fixed. Anyways please help. Thank you.

@Kiara4 Welcome to HP Community!

I understand that the computer screen is black.

Do not worry. I will try to fix the issue.

Please attempt the below steps:

Attempt a BIOS recovery > All in one

If the above steps work and the display turns on: Perform a hardware test to be on a safer side.

If the steps didn't work, use the below links for further assistance:
