HP Recommended
Example: Envy All-In-One 32-a0035
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Attachment of HDMI cable from Dish receiver to HDMI input jack of computer results in background shadow of symmetrical light and dark footprints across screen both in screen display and and computer mode. HP technical help able to return screen to normal by closing browser, unplugging power to reset. However, same problem occurs whenever HDMI is plugged in. Fundamental problem still not fixed despite multiple phone calls and chats by email.

This problem appeared on new computer received in February 2020. HP unable to fix or understand problem so they replaced computer with another new HP Envy in March 2020. Problem manifested in two new HP Envy All-In-One computers with no explanation how or why from HP and they do not appear to know how to fix it.  Any help suggestions much appreciated.
