When I'm selecting any file up in the screen but it randomly coming down and selecting the lower most one.. Last month my device gone through format.. And it's happening after that only.. Before that I had windows 10 genuine version.it was slow but there was no other problem. After formatting the problem arised. I can't even take the cursor to the top of the screen while inside a file or in browser.
