I need to get a new screen for the 24-df0046na and have emailed you but no response , can you please urgently advise were i can buy this part "L01814-1K1"?

Not even a hint of a reply on the forum, HP sells you a product and whenthere ois a issue they are ready to fleece you for costly repairs and then refuse/ignore to sell you parts.

I have 11 HP products in my office in total which i would never replace with another HP product , I'm sure it means little as you have many clients but you have the most shoddy service of any brand that i have ever dealt with and I will never deal with again!
