HP Pavilion Gaming - TG01-0018
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My second monitor isn't detected using HDMI port 2, VGA cable. Although I do have two HDMI ports only the Graphics card one is detected.

The specs of your machine is

             https://support.hp.com/au-en/document/c06938633

It has  NVIDIA® GeForce® GTX 1650 (4 GB GDDR5 dedicated) which has ONLY one HDMI port and one dual link DVI port:

           https://www.nvidia.com/en-au/geforce/graphics-cards/gtx-1650/

Other HDMI port is from its internal Radeon Vega Graphics which is disabled because it has dedicated video card.  You can use DVI port on the dedicated video card for the second monitor.

Regards.
