Seeking service part: control panel board with capacative power switch for ENVY-27 / Beats monitor

HP ENVY 27 (with Beats audio) is/was a very nice monitor, as well it should be for a ~$600 inflation-adjusted price.  But it it now fails to power on, because the fancy capacitive power switch doesn't work.  Are there service parts [ particuarly the front control panel board, 3527-0022-0456 / 40CCB02225(3A) ] available anywhere?  Or is this monitor to be toxic landfill because the post-Carly HP doesn't support their products (which should in that case therefore be approached as disposable crap built for an unsustainable and doomed civilization ...?)  LOL.

I think i know the answer, but I'm willing to be pleasantly surprised.  That said, the "Virtual Assistant" did fob me off to this forum rather than lead me in the direction of any possible parts source.

Thanks, but I already went to that site.  I searched it with Google; I searched using the site's search feature; I used the automated assistance.  I was referred to this forum because apparently there is no parts availability or support for that product from HP itself.  If you have specific information otherwise, please let me know.
