HP 24uh
Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

Hello, I am trying to set up a second monito for my work computer. My computer is an HP EliteOne 800 (not sure which generation) and the monitor is an HP 24uh back-lit monitor. I tried connecting the cable that came with the monitor to the computer bu the cable is a 9 prong-male cable and the port on my computer needs a 15-prong female. I bought an adapter and it didn't work. My computer does not have an HDMI port so I purchased a display port to HDMI cable and still nothing works. I turned everything off, unplugged the cables from the monitor and computer, restarted everything, i triple checked the settings for dual screen and nothing.

My computer recognizes that there's a second monitor but the monitor says "No Signal Detected!". I downloaded the Driver Software that came with the monitor and still nothing. I'm thinking the issue may be that this is an all in 1 monitor/computer. Please any suggestion is appreciated as having the dual screen would make my life 1000x easier.

Thank you!!
