Almost the same issue here on our EliteDesk 800 G2 SFF machines (yes multiple machines having this problem). 2 screens connected (VGA & DisplayPort). Screens go black for about 1 second throughout the day. Has been happening since updating using HP SSM to the latest SP99238 Intel Video Driver.

First of all: Downgrading the driver as suggested by the topic starter is not an option as doing so leaves the machine open to multiple vulnerabilities (including high scoring CVSS ones ! see https://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c06501965)

There seems to be a new version of the driver available on the driver download page for the EliteDesk Series (800G2, G3, G4 etc):

SP99918

26.20.100.7263

Also we have not been able to check if this one resolves the current issues just yet.

Update: a manual install of SP99918 does solve the issues !

However we cannot find the matching CVA file and it's also missing from HP Softpaq Download Manager making it useless for us as we cannot deploy it using HP SSM.

Some more information:

OS: Windows 10 Build 1809 (17763.864)

Affected Hardware Models:

-HP EliteDesk 800 G2 SFF

-HP EliteDesk 800 G3 SFF
