Hello, my 16-inch screen after 3 months usage cracked during doing my coding job. I don't know how it could have happened. The laptop did not have an accident. It's just "only" a broken screen. The 16-inch Spectre was my dream laptop and I had saved money for it for a long time.
I contacted my local service center, sent them the product number, part number and some photos of the laptop. It was a month ago and they still did not repair it. They say they are waiting for a replacement part, but I don't even see a service request in my HP account.
One month after contacting customer service, I still have to work on a broken laptop screen without a functional touchscreen.
Is there anything else I can do please?
