Product: HP P21b G4 Monitor
Operating System: Other
Hello! I bought an HP P21b G4 monitor 7 jule in Russia. And when I wiped the screen with microfiber, a stain formed. The store where I bought the monitor refused me a warranty repair. Am I out of warranty now due to sanctions? I can't even select my country on your site.

I have found that only a soft cloth with water is recommended for LCD screens. In addition, it looks like damage to the anti-reflective coating. Only I can't understand how soft microfiber could damage it. HP needs to make more durable coatings for their monitors.
