HP Pen Control Application

• HP Pen Control software provides several different functions, and allows users to change the functions of the two barrel buttons on the HP Pen. This package is provided for supported computer models running a supported operating system.  Reminder:  Pen Control is not compatible with Tilt Pen
• Document:  HP Notebook PCs - Configuring the HP Pen Using HP Pen Control Software (Windows 10)

HP Tilt Pen requires a Driver

HP Tilt Pen Driver 

The problem, IF there is one, is that the driver (at this writing) is rated to Windows 2004.

I don't know whether the driver would support any newer version of Windows.
