The monitor continues to flicker with bands

HP Recommended
HP 24es 23.8" monitor
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

In the last month my monitor started to flash, once a day. This morning, when I was working on my pc, the HP 24es monitor started to flickering consistently, once every 4 seconds, approximately. So I checked if it was some problem on my pc. I unplugged the monitor but even in the "no source" message screen, it has continued to flicker. This monitor has never fallen and it doesn't present any sort of damage. What should I do?

I reviewed your post and I understand that the monitor screen is flickering.

Don’t worry, I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.

Have you checked the display cable connected to the monitor? If yes, then I recommend you contact support and check for the available service options for the monitor.

Here is how you can get in touch with support.

1)Click on this link –

2)Select the product type.

3)Enter the serial number of your device or select let HP detect your product option.

4)Select the country from the drop-down.

5)You should see the HP phone support number or Chat option listed.

Let me know how it goes and you have a great day!
