OMEN by HP 16.1 inch Gaming Laptop PC 16-xd0000 (758R0AV)

 I recently purchased an HP Omen 16 (Model: 16-xd0015, Product No: 9X649PA#ACJ, Serial No:<personal information removed>) from Flipkart on 26th September 2024. However, I have encountered a couple of issues with the laptop that are causing concern:

Display Issue: The screen of the laptop is showing signs of screen bleeding/glow, which I noticed when comparing it side-by-side with the same model owned by my colleague. The issue is clearly visible under darker backgrounds.

Hinge Alignment: The laptop's hinges appear to have a slight tilt.

Given that the laptop is brand new and I plan to use it for the long term (at least 5 years), I would prefer a replacement rather than a repair at this early stage. I believe a replacement would better suit my needs and ensure a reliable experience.

I kindly request that you consider my concerns and approve a replacement for the product as soon as possible. Please let me know the next steps in this process.
