HP Recommended
Product: HP Laptop PC 15s-fq2000
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

My touchpad only works for a couple of minutes after I log in and then just freezews, is very slow or jumps all over the place,  I have tried to contact HP but when they phoned me back I could not hear them and they haven't phone me back.  I have tried diagnostics and all the advice from the virtual assistant.
