@KVISHWAJEET717,

Thank you for posting your query on HP Community,

Have you checked for any physical damage on the notebook.

Have you checked if the issue persists in the Bios screen?

If the issue does not persist in BIOS try updating the graphics driver and BIOS on your PC.

Try performing a BIOS default on your PC and check if it helps.

  1. Turn off the computer and wait five seconds.
  2. Press the Power button to start the computer and repeatedly press the F10 key to enter the BIOS setup menu.
  3. On the BIOS Setup screen, press F9 to select and load the BIOS Setup Default settings.
  4. Press F10 to Save and Exit.
  5. Use the arrow keys to select Yes, then press Enter when asked Exit Saving Changes?
  6. Follow the prompts to restart your computer.

Also, Uninstall the graphics driver from device manager and install the latest drivers and BIOS from our HP support website, using this link.

You can update the graphics driver using HP support assistant

If you see the black spots in BIOS, it is certainly a hardware issue with your PC.

If there are no physical damages occurred to your PC. The laptop would be serviced under warranty.

I would recommend you contact our HP support team for further assistance.
