HP 15.6 inch Laptop PC 15-e2000 (2J4V9AV)

There's little dark blinking in the bottom of the screen its taking all over the screen little by little. Sometimes its blinking larger than usual taking half of my desktop and sometimes blinking small. And I think the dark is taking over my screen little by little with every passing day. I hope u get my problem. All my display drivers are upto date, i tried every possible way online and in the hp support. But if anyone still have a opinion and solution left I would be very thankful if you could share that.

Hi @Jerryisinstress

Try entering the BIOS, when you turn on the device press the F10 key several times to see if you have the same issue, if you have it then it is the damaged screen or the Flex cable, if there is no problem then it is the drivers.

Hi, @Resistencia I think it persists in the BIOS too, it wasnt happening a few days ago. But it stops happening in BIOS after 1 or 2 minutes before that it took half of my screen.

I think it may be the flex cable that connects to the monitor, but this can be better verified by a technician.
