Top half of monitor on All in One is dark

Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have reset BIOS and restarted several time, waiting 5 mins after shutting down.  When monitor comes on the top half of screen remains darker than bottom.

@RobinfromCA Its important to mention exactly which all-in-one you've got, so we can identify if there are any known issues with a specific fix to this scenario, and here's what we need:

Remember: Do not share any of your personal information such as serial, phone number, email ID, etc.

 

Also, in the mean time, I wanted to know if there's any way you can connect an external monitor to your device and check if that display works fine,

If it works fine, the display on the all-in-one, may need a replacement, however, if that doesn't work either, we may need to work on reinstalling the drivers for your graphics card, among other things to resolve the issue.
