Product: Hp 24 ea

The top couple of inches is missing from my display screen. It just shows a white strip. 

How can I rectify this as I can't send emails as the top inch of display can't be seen?

@Samharper -- if you borrow a monitor from family or a friend, do you see "everything" ?

 

If you have a laptop computer with "external video output", and you connect your monitor to that port, do you see "everything" ?
