Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Touch function stopped working.  Is there any fix for this?

Can still use the mouse.

Could an update caused this?

Having the same issue! Started in April. Mouse works fine but touchscreen not working.

Have been searching a fix but under Device Manager, Human Interface Devices, the HID-compliant touch screen is a "hidden device" and device status says "Currently, this hardware device is not connected to the computer. (Code 45)

To fix this problem, reconnect this hardware device to the computer."
Not sure if this is the problem.
