Hi All,

My touch screen randomly stopped working. I have gone through all hp videos on how to fix it but it wont work. And the strange thing is, it works when doing hardware tests (the on when the pc is shut down and esc is pressed various times bringing up  a menu and pressing f2 and following from there.) i have done many tests this way and its responsive but isnt without it. Any clue how to fix. Thanks
