Product: HP Notebook - 15-ay041wm (Touch) (ENERGY STAR)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
Hi.
My Touch Screen on my HP-15ay041wm Laptop was working up to recently. However after a Window's update the Touch Screen stopped working. I checked the Device Manager, HID and there is no Touch Screen Name listed that I could update the Drivers or reinstall the Drivers. The update seemed to have uninstalled the Touch Screen Drivers! Upon further checks on your HP site, there is no Drivers listed for download so that I could reinstall the Touch Screen!
Could someone please be so kind and advise me what can be done in order to restore my Touch Screen back to it's working condition!
Thanks in advance,
Ozou`ne Sundalyah.
