Touch screen was working fine, but now has stopped working and it says Pen and Touch not available. Any suggestions?

While you respond to that, let's try these steps:
Install the latest Windows 10 updates.
In Windows, search for and open Check for updates.
If updates are available, they begin installing automatically.
When update installation is complete, tap the screen to see if it responds. If it does not, continue to the next step.
System Restore returns your computer to the files and settings from the restore point. Your personal files and documents are not affected.
You can also undo a System Restore if the restore does not resolve the issue or if the issue becomes worse.
