Touch screen no pen or touch input

HP Recommended
HP 22-b000 All-in-One Desktop PC series (Touch)
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I've tried finding the driver on device manager and I checked the system. I can't find anything related to touch screen on my computer. I've even restored the computer. How do I get the touch screen to work again?
