Touch screen not working.

HP Recommended
HP Pavilion All-in-One - 27-a127c
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My HP Pavilion All-in-One - 27-a127c has Touch enabled but it stopped working. I restored it to factory settings and it still doesn't work. Also the HID for the touch is not there. HELP!

Appreciate you trying the steps. This looks like a hardware issue as re-installing the operating system would have resolved any software or driver related problem. I'd suggest you Contact HP in your region regarding the service options for your computer.
