My touch screen quit working about 2 months ago. I have done everything I found on line to fix it but nothing worked. I love touch screens! Please help!

Thanks

See if it fails to work outside of windows

Tap ESC and run the BIOS diagnostics.  If there is no touch screen test then go here

https://support.hp.com/us-en/help/hp-pc-hardware-diagnostics

and download the UEFI diagnostics.

If the touch screen fails the test then it is a hardware problem.

If it passes then windows is at fault and you must provide the Product ID or Model name for better assistance.

Thank you for your information. Unfortunately, it must be a hardware issue. Of course my warranty ran out in January or February!
