HP Recommended

Hello, I have an HP pavilion x360, this computer lasted for only about 1-1.5 years before the cursor stopped working correctly. Every time I try to select anything or move my cursor around the screen it glitches and moves away from where I am trying to bring it, when this happens, sometimes it also just goes away and I have to turn my computer fully off and back on again a few times before it comes back. I have tried everything except for a factory reset as I do not want to lose all of my memory off of the computer. Has this happened to anyone else, and if so, how did you fix it or is there anything I should try?
