Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello, i have a victus 15 fa0xxx, and i have some problems with it, in th uefi test the touchpad works, but in the windows it dosent work. It dosent even show in the device manager. Is it because i have windows 10? I tryed to download the touchpad drivers from the hp site but it says operation sistem not suported, so i cant use the touchpad without windows 11? I allready tryed uefi, hp hardware diagnostics etc. Thank you in advance!

I understand that you are facing issues with the touchpad.

 

Have you made any changes to your OS recently?

 

As per the name and the model number Victus By HP Gaming Laptop 15-Fa0000 (680A4AV), I see that this unit came with Windows 11 only. But I see that you mentioned about having Windows 10.

 

Could you clarify that?

 

Meanwhile, perform the steps from this document and see if that helps.
