Pavilion 510-p020
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I just purchased an LG 27UK600 monitor and I am trying to get my Pavilion to drive it at 60hz over HDMI. So far the best I can manage is 30hz. Everything I've seen says that 60hz is possible, I just don't know how. I am using the proper cable. Help, please?

Hi @Prairie-Hawk

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

The HDMI on your PC is HDMI 1.4 and it supports 4K at only 30Hz.

Hope this helps!
