HP U27 4K Wireless Monitor
Microsoft Windows 11

UPS delivered a warranty replacement monitor on Tuesday 5 July. They collected the faulty item as per their instructions from HP and HP instructions to me. UPS are now asking me to supply an invoice to allow them to forward ship the replacement out of the country. WHY? I am not the shipper and have no information on where you require it to be shipped. They are threatening to send it back to me if I do not supply the invoice. I WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY COSTS IF THEY DO SO. Please get your paperwork with YOUR supplier sorted out.

hi

Sorry, but so you don't waste your time
It's a community, help between users, mainly here
You will most certainly not have an answer, direct help from the hp service concerned here..
So you have to see it with them directly

that said, I do not understand, I have already used the service, of returns, and I was not asked for an invoice, there was just a form to fill in given by HP, to stick on the packaging
