Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello,

 

I'm trying to update the firmware of the Z40c G3.

Worked for most of the parts besides the Controller Firmware Package, see pics.

I tried both Thunderbolt ports of the screen, run it always as Administrator, installed the Intel Thunderbolt drivers, disconnect all other devices, tried Windows 10 and Windows 11. 

Any other ideas how to update this firmware ?
