I have the Compaq Presario CQ5320F Desktop. Every thing is stock except I have installed Windows 10 Pro , 64 bit, ver 1903. Do I understand correctly that a GTX 670 is the best performing graphics card I can install? If I install this card will I need to upgrade my power supply? Thanks

Your machine has 250W PSU and based on Nvidia site the GTX 670 requires 500W PSU as minimum

Since adding 170W more to your machine, you need better fans and room for air flow. inside the case.
