Product: HP Z40c G3 WUHD Curved Display

HI 

 

I have called twice and been told I would get a call back about my urgent repair of four HP Z40c G3 screens.

 

We have sent a PO on the back of four quotes. And I have also sent an email to the address on the quotes. This was a week ago. 

 

Our PO number is  PO-008173

I need them fixed asap or sooner now. the delay and the lack of reply. As well as the missing call back I was promised yesterday is really not good customer service
