I have a problem since January 2023, I bought the "All in One PC: HP Pavilion 32-b0759nz" and try to connect to
HP X32c FHD Curved 165HzGaming-Monitor. When I bought the All in one, the HP Sales told me that will work.
The 3 HDMI port are only input Ports.
So I tried it with USB Port but this is also not working.
So I give up, because I still had my old Desktop PC which worked with the HP X32c FHD and the 27x Monitor.
Now since October I change on this PC to Windows 10 and was thinking I will try again with the
All in One HP Pavilion 32-b0759nz with Windows 11 to connect to the HP X32c FHD. Spend hours for this, all the Support for Windows 11 and HP information for connecting a external Monitor do not work.
My all in on PC has
- 1 SuperSpeed USB Type-C® 5 Gbit/s Signalrate
- 2 SuperSpeed USB Type-A 10 Gbit/s Signalrate
- 1 SuperSpeed USB Type-A 5 Gbit/s Signalrate
So I bought and try it with :
USB Type C Adapter cable for HDMI and also one with DisplayPort but it does "Not working".
I had a older "Club 3D (CSV-1477) USB 3.1 Gen1 (USB Type A) to DUAL DP Adapter this is function, but only for about 5 Minutes then it starting every Minute that Windows Desktop get smaller and Bigger every Minute.
Monitor on Both Side are set to
- Resolution 1920 x 1080
- Rate 60 HZ
- Sleeping mode "never"
So disconnect it again.
To sell stuff HP is fast, but to get a HP Support for a Problem is really bad going to all the virtual stuff which is allways that what already was done. I rather like, that when you pay a high Price for a PC that problem get solved. Next Time I better by a Desktop again.
So if someone in the HP Community has any good idea what else can be done you are welcome.
