Product: Pavilion
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

Hi , i have an old Pavilion Hp laptop ( i forgot the exact type ) 
the problem is when playing videos offline or even online, there is no picture only the voice. i checked of updates  of the graphic card and there is nothing. 
i can't find the problem ! 
any suggestion what should i check also ?
