I've ordered a monitor online via the UK online store. Just checked on the order and it says 'Waiting stock'. I am in tears, as need this monitor ASAP to be able to work, yet here I am not even knowing when / if I'll get it. Tried to call the customer services number several times at different times of the day, but my call doesn't even go through, there just a message "due to unforseen circumstances your call cannot be answered". Looking at online reviews and they are just so bad, I now really worry I've made a huge mistake buying from HP. Wanted to cancel the order and order from elsewhere, but worry I won't get my money back, since I can't even contact customer service. Anyone has the same experience? Why would HP sell something which is not in stock, that's beyond belief. Oh dear oh dear oh dear indeed, what an absolute nightmare.
