Warranty Expired Before Purchase

HP Recommended
HP Omen X35
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I bought my monitor (HP Omen X35) directly from Amazon in 2019 (Sold and Shipped by Amazon). It's now having issues and when I plug the serial & product numbers it tells me my warranty was started in August 2017 and expired in September 2018...before the product was actually Sold and Shipped by Amazon. What am I supposed to do about this? I feel entirely ripped off that my product didn't come with a warranty. The only thing I can think of doing is submitting a complaint to the Better Business Bureau considering there's no actual way to contact HP about this. Any advice would be appreciated, this has left an extremely sour taste in my mouth about purchasing HP products again in the future.
