I have a warranyy job:
Case ID [Personal Information Removed]
Order [Personal Information Removed]
The replacement monitor was supposed to be delivered by UPS on Friday. It never arrived and the UPS tracker is now saying it will advise delivery ASAP. I am away from 28/06 to 04/07 inclusive and need to resolve this today.

I have tried the HP store. All they are interested in doing is advising on sales. What I need is for HP to take responsibility of UPS failure to deliver and tell me what is happening. What I am getting at present is not support or service.
