I have a problem with my monitor,I h e wavy lines on it. How can I fix it.

@Kzicheck1 -- what other electronics are near to the monitor? cable-modem? external speakers? radio? smart-phone in its charging station?  

 

Can you move those objects further away from your monitor?

I already have, any other ideas? The wavy lines may not be accurate, I mean text columns.

Can you connect the monitor to a different computer, to see if those "waves" persist?

If they do, then it is time to responsibly recycle the monitor, by taking it to an "end-of-life" location, and to purchase a new monitor.  Gone are the decades when a TV technician (probably now retired) could be paid $100 to fix a $1000 17-inch monitor.  Prices for monitors have greatly fallen, over the decades. So, spending $100 to fix a $150 monitor is not a good decision.
