Microsoft Windows Server 2019

Trying to add addition monitor to my All in one touch screen and used usb to hdmi cable and it will not detect the montior. What type of adapter or connector should be used in this application?

@SusanEnvy10 I'll need the exact model name of your device to check if your USB Type-C port supports HDMI conversion, here's what I need:
