LP2480zx
Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

Computer monitors support MCCS (Monitor Command Control Set), a bidirectional communication protocol for controlling the properties of computer monitors, but sometimes the monitor-manufacturers ignore or differ from this standard.

MCCS-standard says

1 Analog video (R/G/B) 1
2 Analog video (R/G/B) 2
3 Digital video (TMDS) 1  DVI 1
4 Digital video (TMDS) 2  DVI 2
5 Composite video 1
6 Composite video 2
7 S-video 1
8 S-video 2
9 Tuner 1
10 Tuner 2
11 Tuner 3
12 Component video (YPbPr / YCbCr) 1
13 Component video (YPbPr / YCbCr) 2
14 Component video (YPbPr / YCbCr) 3
15 DisplayPort 1
16 DisplayPort 2
17 Digital Video (TMDS) 3  HDMI 1
18 Digital Video (TMDS) 4  HDMI 2
≥ 19 Reserved and are un-assigned

The HP Dreamcolor LP2480zx does not associate the HDMI input with the number 17 or the Displayport input with 15. What are the correct values?

I'm trying to hotkey switch between the HDMI input and Displayport input. Thank you!
