Pavilion32

I have a HP Pavilion 32 purchased Sept 2017 that is neither returnable or under warranty, but today it completely broke. It's been lightly used and never had problems, but now the only thing that turns on are the power LEDs and the backlight. No error messages, no built-in menus, and neither of the 2 macbooks with (2 different) HDMI cable (both HDMI verified to work on another monitor) or my desktop with displayport connector (tried both connectors on the GPU) can get anything on screen. I'm pretty sure it's totally dead. I like the monitor enough to pay for repair. Will HP be able to repair it? I wasn't able to find anything on their website. If HP won't, has anyone had any luck with local computer repair shops when it comes to monitors? I assume it's probably something electrical/cable related.
