Product: HP All-In-One Model 20

I bought ram for my computer, when i plug it in and turn it on nothing appears but the white light shows. When i remove the ram the computer turns on again. Please help me with this

 

the ram i put in the computer is 4GB 2Rx8 PC3L 12800S

 

nvm i’ve come to the conclusion, i did not put both ram things in and replace the old one
