Which 32 or 31.5 Monitor to purchase?

Im having the toughest time deciding which monitor to purchase.  I'm  not a gamer.  This is going to used for my home office. I will be using spreadsheets and CRM programs but I do a LOT of mock-ups using Adobe Illustrator, PhotoShop, Corel Draw etc... and need the colors to be as close to true as possible.  I also usually have a lot of programs open at a time that I go back and forth between. 

I've been looking at all the different 32" monitors HP has to offer and I'm at the point of confusion.  Im realizing that some of the model #s are the different but its the same monitor.  I do think I like the display glossy rather than matte but that's only because the colors look more to me and someone told me they would be but I don't know if that's correct.  However,  I need  to purchase one very soon and would like to stay under $400 or $500. My computer only has a GeForce GTX745 it's an older Dell XPS 8900 but still did all my needs.  Not wanting to upgrade the graphics card either.  I did just purchase the 4WH45AA#ABA Monitor for only $269 at best buy which was priced at $379.  It has a matte display which I don't really care for and the colors don't really seem to be true.  I'd really appreciate your suggestions or recommendations because I am totally confused on which monitor to buy. I've been looking for 2 weeks and reading everything I can find but I feel like I'm more lost and confused now than ever!  Thank you in advance for your help!

How do you connect it ? Using HDMI port ? If yes, you need to check your computer HDMI version and use a right HDMI cable.
