White Horizontal lines on AIO Touchscreen and Where to buy spare part for the screen

I'm in Vietnam and  I bought my AIO 24-a272d in Singapore three years ago. Its screen now has many horizontal white lines and the lower right corner frequently appears the right mouse pointer. I think I should replace the screen. So, where can I bought a new screen  for my computer? Below are information for my AIO
