Product: HP ENVY All-in-One - 32-a1050 IDS Base Model
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I tried plugging in a game console (specifically a Wii U) to my HP Envy 32 All-in-One's HDMI input. After switching inputs, the screen flickered so much to the point that it caused white spots to appear all across the screen. I've tried everything to make them go away but I'm thinking that the console damaged the inside of the screen somehow. I know I may need a replacement screen. I'm just wondering how I'd go about replacing it without damaging the PC in any way.
